Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation activities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  • Sales Execution and Negotiation:
  • Present company products and solutions to clients effectively, demonstrate product features, and address objections to close deals successfully. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor products, and services to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic selling. Provide feedback to management on market developments.
  • Record Maintenance and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals using CRM or internal reporting tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights for management review.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery of services, client onboarding, and follow-ups.
