Position: Agency Manager / Agency Development Manager

Location: Mumbai — Mira Road / Borivali / Kandivali / Andheri / Santacruz / Prabhadevi/All Mumbai

CTC: 3.50 LPA – 7.50 LPA (as per experience & interview)

Experience: Relevant experience in Life Insurance / Agency / Sales preferred

Age: Up to 35 years

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents for the Agency Channel.

Generate business through advisor activation, customer acquisition and regular sales activity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and prospective customers.

Conduct advisor meetings, sales reviews, field visits and business planning.

Train, coach and motivate advisors on products, sales processes and customer engagement.

Achieve assigned monthly business, recruitment and activation targets.

Ensure quality business, timely documentation and proper customer servicing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Agency, Bancassurance, Financial Services or Field Sales.

Strong communication, networking, relationship-building and sales skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with field work.

Existing local market/advisor network will be an advantage.
