Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's medical equipment and solutions. Key tasks include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for service and support and providing customer feedback to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of medical technology, including ICU, NICU, OT equipment, and consumables
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in an on-site environment
  • Proficiency in market research, prospecting, and lead generation techniques
  • Flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Biomedical, Diploma, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or related industry is highly desirable
