Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with customers to understand and address their technical and sales requirements, leveraging engineering expertise to recommend appropriate connectivity solutions from VSI's portfolio. Additional responsibilities include exploring new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding key customer accounts, managing the sales cycle, and delivering technical presentations to clients to ensure alignment with their needs. Collaboration with the internal technical and production teams is also essential to ensure customized, high-quality solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to understand and address technical client requirements
  • Strong expertise in Sales and Account Management to build relationships, identify opportunities, and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Experience in Sales Management, including Sales planning, sales forecasting, and meeting revenue goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate internally
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Electronics) or a related field
  • Experience in the electronics, automotive, or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
