Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Location: Noida, Sector-8

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to expand our market presence and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Site Visits & Product Demonstrations: Conduct field visits, assess customer requirements, and provide technical presentations or demonstrations.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal project, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to the management.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills Required: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
  • Technical knowledge to explain product specifications effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
