Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Engineer role based in Chennai. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during sales processes, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves managing client accounts, conducting product demonstrations, offering pre- and post-sales support, and building long-term relationships with clients. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical requirements align with customer expectations and meet overall sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to present technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Management, including maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering to understand and deliver technical hardware and software solutions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and support on-site client needs as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Audio-Video Conferencing, TelePresence systems, or related industries is an advantage.
