Key Responsibilities
Market Development
.Monitor regional sales ecosystem and identify growth opportunities
.Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
.Recommend product positioning and territory expansion plans
Recruitment & Manpower Management
.Plan and recruit dealer sales staff based on territory needs
.Ensure adequate manpower deployment and productivity optimization
.Collaborate with HR and channel partners for onboarding and retention
Training & Capability Building
.Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement
.Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher workshops
.Promote soft skill development for frontline teams
Performance Monitoring & Motivation
.Track sales KPIs and team performance metrics
.Provide actionable feedback and coaching to underperformers
.Implement incentive programs and recognition frameworks to boost morale
Compliance & Feedback
.Ensure adherence to company norms, policies, and regulatory guidelines
.Collect and analyze feedback from dealers and field teams to drive operational improvements
.Support audit readiness and documentation hygiene across touchpoints

Preferred Background
