Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Conversion: Identify new customers, generate enquiries, conduct field visits, follow up on quotations, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Technical Support & Client Coordination: Understand customer requirements, provide technical product explanations, assist in selection of couplings/pulleys, and coordinate with the engineering team for drawings and specifications.
- Relationship Management & Reporting: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure timely follow-ups, collect market and competitor information, and submit regular visit and sales reports.
