Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Field Sales and Application Engineer located in Chennai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions, conducting sales engineering activities, offering technical support, and demonstrating a strong understanding of the products and applications. The individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers, and ensuring seamless communication with the engineering team to ensure successful project realization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
- Strong technical support skills with a background in Electrical Engineering for providing optimal client support and solutions
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles to understand and address project-specific applications and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and teamwork
- Ability to work independently on-site and deliver results aligned with organizational goals
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or application engineering roles in a relevant industry is beneficial
