Role Description

The Field Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, promoting TradeIndia's services, and acquiring new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients on-site, understanding their business needs, providing product demonstrations, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications
  • Field Service experience with the capability to meet clients and manage on-ground operations.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and convey the value of TradeIndia's services.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving queries professionally and swiftly.
  • Training skills to help clients understand and make the most of the platform's features.
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in B2B e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
