Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Recruiter at Zomato. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and onboarding delivery partners, organizing recruitment drives, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining recruitment records, and meeting hiring targets efficiently and within defined timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for roles in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage recruitment pipelines effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with job candidates and collaborate with internal teams
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring methodologies
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Some experience or knowledge within recruitment operations, human resources, or related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is ideal
