Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Chennai. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. The role involves building relationships with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The Field Recruiter will also be tasked with developing recruitment strategies and maintaining an updated database of candidates.
