Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field activities, ensuring quick closures and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs
Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
Build relationships with local colleges, institutes, and consultants
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
Manage onboarding support and documentation
Provide regular updates on hiring status and field activities
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (field hiring preferred)
Any Graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for hiring drives
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring is an added advantage
Good networking and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of local job market and sourcing strategies
