Gig4U is rapidly expanding its last-mile delivery network and building large-scale rider supply across key cities. We are hiring both on-ground Field Recruiters and Telecallers/Recruiters who can drive high-volume hiring and ensure consistent rider onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive bulk hiring of delivery riders through field sourcing and calling campaigns
- Conduct field activities such as job camps, local hiring drives, and referral programs
- Manage telecalling efforts including lead follow-ups and candidate conversion
- Handle end-to-end onboarding and activation of delivery partners
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets and maintain supply pipeline
- Build strong local networks and candidate databases for continuous hiring
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in field recruitment, telecalling, rider hiring, or blue-collar hiring
- Strong communication and convincing skills (especially for telecalling roles)
- Comfortable with target-driven environments and high-volume hiring
- Understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or delivery ecosystem is preferred
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage
