Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Recruiter based in Ludhiana. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. The recruiter will also manage candidate pipelines, build relationships with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field recruitment or similar roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana and travel locally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
