Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Recruiter, based in Chennai with flexibility for partial remote work. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various operational and field roles within the organization. Additional tasks include managing the hiring pipeline, coordinating interviews, engaging with recruitment agencies, and ensuring timely onboarding, while collaborating closely with HR and operational teams to fulfill workforce requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment skills including talent sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to provide actionable insights
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle high-volume hiring
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulatory compliance in India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruiting for logistics or transportation sectors is a plus
