Field Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits on receipt allocations
• Close feedback errors within defined TAT
• Perform investigations to support fraud detection and field team improvement
• Drive initiatives for process and quality improvements

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in QA or backend operations
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
