We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented professional to join our team in Dehradun. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy on-ground engagement, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to capacity-building initiatives within the development and technology space.
The selected candidate will undergo structured training on our digital platform and will play a key role in supporting Special Educators (SEs) in adopting and effectively using the application, while ensuring smooth implementation of project activities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits within Dehradun and nearby areas for project coordination and implementation.
- Learn and effectively operate the organization's digital application.
- Train Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows.
- Provide ongoing handholding support and address basic operational challenges.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and coordination with SEs.
- Support the on-ground execution of project activities.
- Maintain records, usage updates, and coordination reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation.
