Field Operator

**Location: Anywhere in Saudi Arabia**
**Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 Years****Industry Experience: Petrochemical Manufacturing / Oil & Gas (Preference for candidates from Nirma and Tamil Nadu Petrochemicals Company, if possible)**
**Education: Diploma & Above (Consideration for candidates with at least a Diploma; ITI candidates are eligible, but preference is for higher education)**
**Maximum Gross Salary: SAR 7,975**

**Job Description:**We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Field Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Petrochemical Manufacturing or Oil & Gas industry. We encourage candidates with a background from companies such as Nirma and Tamil Nadu Petrochemicals Company to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Operational Excellence:**
- Execute field operations in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Monitor and control equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
2. **Process Optimization:**
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
3. **Equipment Maintenance:**
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of field equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any equipment issues promptly.
4. **Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
5. **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of field operations and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare reports on daily activities and contribute to operational documentation.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other operators and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**1. **Educational Background:**
- Diploma and above (Consideration for candidates with at least a Diploma; ITI candidates are eligible).
2. **Experience:**
- Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in Petrochemical Manufacturing or Oil & Gas.
3. **Skills:**
- Strong technical and operational skills in field activities.
