About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Field Officer Executive to drive restaurant onboarding and partner acquisition. The role involves visiting restaurants, pitching onboarding solutions, coordinating documentation and ensuring successful go-live on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Acquisition & Pitching
- Visit restaurants and introduce the company's platform and services.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition (corporate orders, recurring demand, platform visibility).
- Generate interest and onboard new restaurant partners.
2. Onboarding Coordination
- Collect and verify required onboarding documents:
- Owner details (Name & Contact Number)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support / Onboarding Team) for further processing.
- Ensure a smooth handover without discussing commercials or commission structures.
3. MSME / Udyam Enablement
- Check if the restaurant is registered under MSME (Udyam).
- If registered, collect the MSME certificate and relevant details.
- If not registered, assist in collecting Aadhaar, PAN, and FSSAI documents.
- Educate restaurant owners about the benefits of free MSME registration.
- Coordinate with internal teams for MSME registration and ONDC listing.
4. Go-Live Activation & Order Validation
- Track onboarding progress until the restaurant is live on the platform.
- Place test orders post go-live to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain proof of transactions for reimbursement and validation.
5. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and staff.
- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Prerequisites:
- Any graduate / diploma holder.
- 0 –1 years of experience in field sales / B2B acquisition / food-tech / ONDC ecosystem.
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, with a strong interest in the food-tech industry.
- Experience in merchant onboarding or local business acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of digital apps and documentation processes.
- Male candidates preferred.
