Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in different branches in Odisha. The Field Officer will be responsible for identifying customers, communicating business offerings, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely loan disbursement and repayments. This role requires conducting field visits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Field Officer will work closely with team members to achieve operational goals and provide quality service to the community.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and relationship management
• Organizational and time management skills for maintaining records and meeting deadlines
• Ability to conduct field visits and work in diverse geographic and socio-economic environments
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and loan management is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage
• High school diploma or higher education in relevant fields is preferred
• Motivation to work in the microfinance industry and contribute to social and economic development
