Role Summary:
As a Field Marketing Specialist at Zluri, you'll own the strategy and execution of events designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You'll manage end-to-end event planning, execution, and reporting while working closely with sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams. Your role will involve managing multiple projects, vendors, budgets, and teams to deliver successful, impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Field Marketing
- Support channel partners with joint events, campaigns, and local activities.
- Plan co-branded events such as roundtables, workshops, and roadshows.
- Work with the partner team to build event programs that fit partner goals.
- Provide partners with event materials, messaging, and assets.
- Help partners with outreach, registration, and follow-ups.
Company-Led Events & Tradeshows
- Plan and run our own events such as dinners, conferences, meetups, and tradeshows.
- Handle logistics: venue, vendors, AV, catering, travel, setup, and teardown.
- Manage registrations, attendee communication, and post-event workflows.
- Create event materials like invitations, banners, and signage.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with sales, partner managers, SDRs, and marketing.
- Help drive meetings, SALs, and pipeline from both partner and direct events.
- Ensure quick lead capture and handoff after each event.
- Share updates and reports on event status and results.
Outreach & Engagement
- Help with attendee outreach for partner and direct events.
- Support email invites, reminder flows, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain clean and updated attendee lists and follow-ups.
Reporting & Insights
- Track event KPIs: attendance, meetings booked, SALs, and ROI.
- Report on event performance with simple summaries and clear next steps.
- Share insights on competitor events, market trends, and regional activity.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in field/event marketing, ideally within SaaS or the cybersecurity industry or a similar background.
- Proven experience in event strategy, planning, execution, and managing multiple projects simultaneously in the US market.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing internal teams and external vendors effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with event management software, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools for tracking event ROI.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Flexible to travel and work outside of standard hours as required.
- Good to Have: Experience working with channel partners.
