We are seeking a street-smart, relationship-driven sales & marketing professional to lead offline go-to-market (GTM) for LawroomAI among practicing advocates, law firms, and legal chambers. The role focuses on on-ground adoption, hands-on demos, and educational workshops to convert lawyers into active users of our AI-powered legal services. Key Responsibilities 1. Offline Sales & Lawyer Acquisition Drive direct sales of LawroomAI subscriptions to advocates, law firms, and chambers Conduct in-person product demos inside court complexes, bar rooms, chambers, and offices Build strong relationships with senior advocates, clerks, juniors, and bar associations Own territory-wise revenue targets and active user onboarding 2. High CourtFocused GTM Execution Execute hyper-local GTM strategies tailored to: Delhi High Court Punjab & Haryana High Court Karnataka High Court Identify practice-area-specific use cases (litigation, drafting, research, case prep) Leverage word-of-mouth and peer influence inside the legal ecosystem 3. Workshops, Training & Events (Core Adoption Driver) Plan, organize, and execute offline workshops for lawyers on: AI-powered legal research Faster drafting & case preparation Daily productivity for litigators using LawroomAI Partner with Bar Associations, Law Chambers, Law Colleges for events Conduct hands-on training sessions ensuring lawyers actually use the product Convert workshop attendees into paid users 4. Strong GTM Strategies for User Adoption Education-led selling: Teach before you sell position AI as a productivity multiplier, not a threat Trial Habit Subscription funnel: Enable live trials during demos/workshops Ensure first successful use case (draft, research, argument prep) on Day 1 Influencer-led adoption: Onboard respected senior advocates as early champions Use their validation to unlock juniors and chambers Court-corridor marketing: Physical presence where lawyers actually work (court premises, canteens, libraries) Clerk & junior leverage: Train juniors/clerk teams who are daily users and decision influencers 5. Feedback Loop & Market Intelligence Collect real-time feedback from lawyers on features, pricing, and workflows Share insights with product and leadership teams to refine offerings Track competitor tools and traditional research methods being replaced Ideal Candidate Profile 26 years of offline sales, BD, or field marketing experience Prior exposure to legal industry, SaaS, edtech, or B2B services preferred Comfortable engaging with advocates, seniors, bar office bearers Strong ability to explain tech simply to non-technical users Willingness to travel extensively and work around court schedules Confident presenter with workshop facilitation experience.
