Role: Medical Liaison / Doctor Outreach Executive

Function: Doctor Onboarding & Adoption

Industry: Healthcare / Healthtech

Location: Field-based (city-wise doctor visits)

Experience: 14 years

Reporting to: Founder / Product Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a confident, well-spoken field professional to work directly with doctors and consultants for onboarding and training them on a patient referral mobile application.

This role is focused on education, relationship building, and real usage adoption inside doctors clinics and hospitals.

This is not a sales or target-chasing role.

Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors clinics, hospitals, and consulting rooms

Explain the app's purpose, workflow, and benefits in clear medical language

Conduct live demos and step-by-step onboarding

Train doctors and clinic staff on daily usage

Address workflow, privacy, and process-related queries

Ensure active usage post-onboarding (not just installation)

Collect doctor feedback and share with the product team

Maintain professional, long-term relationships with referral doctors

Maintain visit, onboarding, and adoption records

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

Excellent spoken English and professional communication

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Comfortable interacting with senior doctors and consultants

Quick learner with ability to understand app workflows

Calm, consultative, non-salesy personality

Preferred Background

Healthcare, pharma, hospital operations, or healthtech exposure

Experience as:

Medical Representative (articulate profiles)

Hospital Relationship Manager

Healthtech onboarding / implementation executive

Clinic operations executive

What This Role Is NOT

Not digital marketing

Not telecalling

Not lead generation

Not aggressive sales

This role is about trust, training, and adoption.
