Position: Field Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Experience: 23 Years (B2B SaaS / HR Tech / IT Product Marketing preferred)

Location: New Delhi Field + Office Hybrid

Reports To: Founder / Head of Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

We're a fast-moving startup looking for a driven, street-smart marketing professional who can take our product to market through direct client engagement, field outreach, and creative marketing execution.

Role Overview

As our Field Marketing Executive, you'll have to promote our SaaS based product in the market. You'll combine on-ground client outreach with digital marketing execution to drive lead generation, product demos, and customer acquisition. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role- perfect for someone who loves building from scratch.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Client Acquisition (50%)

Conduct daily field visits to IT parks, co-working spaces, SMB clusters, and business hubs to generate leads

Identify and approach potential clients: HR managers, operations heads, founders, and CA/HR consultants

Deliver compelling product pitches and live demos on tablet/laptop during meetings

Build and maintain a pipeline of 50+ prospects per month using CRM or tracking sheets

Attend industry events, HR conferences, startup meetups, and networking events to represent ZenFlow

Develop partnerships with CA firms, HR consultants, and payroll providers for referral-based sales

Digital Marketing Execution (30%)

Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook

Write engaging posts, captions, and ad copy aligned with the brand voice and marketing calendar

Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns: send 50+ personalized connection requests/messages per day

Execute email marketing campaigns: cold outreach, nurture sequences, and product announcements

Monitor and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns for lead generation

Track and report on campaign performance: CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI

Marketing Collateral & Strategy (20%)

Help create marketing materials: brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and email templates

Collect and document client testimonials, case studies, and success stories from the field

Provide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing feedback, client objections, and feature requests

Collaborate with the founder on monthly marketing plans, campaign ideas, and growth strategies

Manage and organize marketing collateral: ensure latest versions are accessible to the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

23 years of experience in field marketing, B2B sales, or product marketing (SaaS/IT products preferred)

Proven track record of generating leads through on-ground outreach and direct client engagement

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, social media

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field

Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (Canva)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing HR software, ERP, or B2B SaaS products

Existing network in HR/startup/SMB community

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Google Analytics

Content creation skills: writing blog posts, social posts, or ad copy

Two-wheeler with valid license (for field visits)
