a leadership team from Amazon, McKinsey, IIT, and Stanford, we've raised $8.5M from marquee
investors including PeakXV (Sequoia Surge) and Stellaris Venture Partners.
We are expanding our go-to-market teams across India and the USA and are building a
strong, pipeline-driven field marketing engine to support our growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our US field
marketing and global event programs. This role will be based in India and will work closely
with US-based sales, SDR, and marketing teams to drive pipeline through high-impact field

You will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of field marketing programs and play
a critical role in aligning marketing investments to revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Global Events
Own planning, execution, and measurement of in-person and virtual field events,
including flagship summits, third-party trade shows, partner events, customer webinars,
and executive roundtables.
Manage end-to-end execution of US-based events remotely from India, collaborating
with US vendors, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders.
Develop scalable, repeatable global event playbooks and processes to enable
consistent execution across regions.
Own the event experience strategy including branding, demos, content programming,
customer sessions, CXO tracks, and executive briefings.
Sales Alignment & Pipeline Ownership
Build and execute quarterly field marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue
targets across enterprise and commercial segments.
Partner closely with sales, SDRs, and regional leaders to prioritize accounts and design
high-impact field programs.
Ensure tight alignment between event execution, campaigns, and post-event sales
follow-up.
ABM & Account Engagement
Design and execute premium, personalized account experiences for top strategic
customers and high-value prospects.
Track account-level engagement and continuously optimize programs based on sales
feedback and performance data.
Operations, Budget & Vendor Management
Own global event budgets, forecasting, vendor contracts, and ROI tracking.
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and technology partners across US and
international events.
Oversee event operations, tech stack integrations, registration platforms, and attendee
workflows.
Reporting & Insights
Measure and report on pipeline created, influenced pipeline, and ROI for all field
marketing programs.
Build dashboards and executive-ready summaries for marketing and sales leadership.
Use insights and data to refine strategy, improve execution, and scale what works.
Requirements
58 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand
generation, with exposure to US or global events.
Proven track record of owning large-scale events, flagship summits, conference
sponsorships, Webinars, and executive-level programs that drive measurable pipeline
impact.
Strong expertise in project management, vendor management, logistics, and
cross-functional program leadership.
Experience working with distributed, global teams and independently managing complex
