Role Summary

Client is looking for a results-oriented Field & Partner Marketing Manager who understands that effective field marketing is about generating pipelinenot just hosting events. This role owns the strategy and execution of field and partner marketing programs that directly support revenue growth through both direct sales and partner-led motions.

You will design and run high-impact regional programs, industry events, and partner co-marketing initiativesensuring every investment delivers measurable pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute regional field marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline across direct and partner-led sales
  • Plan and manage industry conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer events, and prospect dinners
  • Build account-based field marketing programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts, regions, and opportunities where field marketing can accelerate deal velocity
  • Own and manage the field marketing budget, demonstrating clear ROI for every initiative
  • Drive Partner Co-Marketing Programs
  • Design and execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances
  • Coordinate partner participation in joint events, webinars, and regional campaigns
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) to ensure effective spend and measurable pipeline impact
  • Develop co-branded campaigns and assets partners can leverage in their local markets
  • Enable partners to independently run local field programs while maintaining brand and execution standards
  • Execute High-Impact Events
  • Own end-to-end event execution including strategy, logistics, promotion, follow-up, and ROI reporting
  • Drive pre-event promotion through email, social, ABM, and partner channels
  • Ensure Sales and Partner teams are aligned on event goals, target accounts, and follow-up strategy
  • Manage onsite execution including booth presence, demos, meetings, and executive engagement
  • Implement post-event nurture programs to convert engagement into qualified opportunities
  • Support Direct & Indirect Sales
  • Partner with Sales leadership to understand regional priorities, account targets, and pipeline gaps
  • Align field programs with enterprise sales cycles and buying committee engagement strategies
  • Work with Partner teams to create demand and air cover for partner-led opportunities
  • Provide Sales and Partners with pre- and post-event insights on attendee engagement and intent signals
  • Track and report field marketing's contribution to direct and partner-sourced pipeline
  • Measure, Optimize & Scale
  • Define success metrics including pipeline generated, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, and event ROI
  • Build dashboards and reporting to clearly show field marketing impact
  • Conduct post-event analysis to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
  • Continuously test and refine event formats, messaging, and engagement strategies

Eligibility & Requirements

  • 46 years of B2B SaaS field marketing experience with hands-on ownership of regional programs and events
  • Mandatory experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or adjacent enterprise software markets
  • Strongly preferred experience in early-stage startups (Series AC) building field programs from scratch
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through field marketing and events
  • Experience managing partner co-marketing initiatives and MDF budgets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles (612+ months) and how field marketing accelerates deals
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder alignment, and budget ownership skills
  • Comfortable traveling 2540% for regional and partner events
