The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to plan and execute high-impact BTL and hybrid marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with educational institutions and partners, lead on-ground and virtual engagements, manage lead generation efforts, and track campaign performance with clear ROI visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition
- Plan and manage on-ground activations across colleges, universities, bookstores, coaching centres, educational fairs, career fairs, and other relevant touchpoints
- Organise and execute events such as seminars, webinars, selection drives, and partner engagements
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and workshops with educational institutions to promote offerings
- Manage and optimise lead generation through multiple offline and hybrid channels
- Maintain and utilise databases for targeted outreach and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure clear ROI visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution of campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in EdTech or educational institutions
- Strong network or experience managing client and partner databases relevant to education/EdTech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong execution and on-ground operational capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field
