We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to help expand Ethos Education's on-ground presence in Noida and Gurgaon. This role involves visiting societies, student hubs, and local communities to promote our services, engage with students and parents, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should be excellent in communication, confident in outdoor promotion, and passionate about education awareness.

• Actively visit residential societies, educational hubs, student communities, and public locations to promote Ethos Education services.
• Communicate our study-abroad counselling offerings, test prep support, career guidance, and admissions solutions clearly and enthusiastically.
• Engage students and parents in meaningful conversations to build interest and generate leads.
• Represent Ethos Education professionally and positively during all field activities.
• Collect feedback, update daily outreach reports, and coordinate with the internal team on leads and follow-ups.
• Support outdoor marketing campaigns, information stalls, local events, and community engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor marketing, walking, and active promotions.
• Confident, outgoing, and able to connect easily with students and parents.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
• Based in Noida or Gurgaon (local candidates preferred).

• Prior experience in field sales, promotions, or student outreach.
• Passion for education, student engagement, and helping students make informed academic decisions.

• Hands-on experience in educational marketing and student engagement.
