Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our healthcare staffing, payroll, and deployment services across schools and hospitals in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, hospitals, and healthcare institutions on a daily basis
- Promote Medico Hub's services including doctors, nurses, and healthcare staffing solutions
- Identify client requirements and generate leads
- Share proposals and follow up with potential clients
- Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness to do field work
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is an advantage
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry is a plus
Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Attractive incentives based on performance
- Travel allowance (if applicable)
