Field Executive

Real Boosting Marketing Agency, founded in 2023 and based in Jaipur, India, is dedicated to accelerating business growth in the digital landscape. Our expertise spans social media management, SEO, lead generation, and e-commerce marketplace optimization for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are also actively involved in government projects, including initiatives that assist MSMEs in achieving ZED Certification, contributing to India's sustainability goals.

The Field Executive will play a key role in executing on-site activities aimed at client engagement and business development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include client consultations to gather requirements, overseeing the implementation of digital marketing strategies on behalf of clients, conducting periodic site visits, facilitating e-commerce growth plans, and contributing directly to marketing campaigns and government projects. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time will also be a key aspect of this role.

• Experience in Client Communication, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
• Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Sales Strategy
• Familiarity with E-commerce operations, SEO practices, and Social Media Management
• Project Coordination, Time Management, and Task Prioritization abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of government processes related to MSMEs and ZED Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments
