Field Executive

• Candidate should be B.Sc.(Agri) or Agri Diploma.

• Should have 2 years of experience.

• Should have computer knowledge.

• Candidate having grapes export field work experience will be preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, often including collection targets.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural community.
• Market development: Identify new sales opportunities, expand the customer base, and onboard new retail outlets.
• Product knowledge: Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, stay updated on industry trends, and understand competitor products.
• Reporting: Submit daily or weekly sales reports and provide market feedback.
