The Field Executive will manage on-ground data collection activities in line with project requirements. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, managing field teams, ensuring data accuracy, and overseeing timelines to meet project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role will involve active communication with stakeholders, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to the quality and ethical standards of market research practices.

• Proficiency in conducting face-to-face surveys, home usage tests, and central location tests.
• Strong ability to manage field team operations and ensure compliance with data collection protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee project timelines and delivery.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Prior experience in market research, mystery shopping, or retail audits is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of data accuracy practices and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative workplace environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
