Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach housing societies for redevelopment opportunities
- Conduct field visits to CHS societies for relationship building and project discussions
- Build rapport with society members, committees, and key stakeholders
- Handle negotiations and support deal closures
- Liaison with societies, brokers, consultants, and local authorities
- Manage and follow up on approvals (Municipal Corporation, MHADA, SRA – IOD, CC, OC, etc.)
- Ensure title clarity and coordinate legal due diligence
- Maintain CRM data and client records
- Generate redevelopment leads through fieldwork and networking
- Build strong relationships with brokers and local influencers
- Contribute to expanding the redevelopment project pipeline
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in redevelopment / real estate
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Civil Engineering or related field)
- Strong exposure to society redevelopment, liaisoning, and approvals
- Good knowledge of redevelopment processes (IOD, CC, OC, etc.)
- Strong network with society members, brokers, and local authorities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on-field and conduct regular site visits
- Candidate must be based in or near Mira Road
