Position - Field Service Technician (Punch/Bend) Bangalore
Experience: 5-8 years.
Job Location - Bangalore
- This position is responsible to provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of speedy recovery of breakdowns, reliability of the repairs, machine availability, performing high quality installation start up, performing preventive maintenances; provide operator's maintenance training as per pre-set processes
- Being the face of TRUMPF, it is extremely essential to be disciplined & courteous in terms of response, communication & documentation, key being the quality and speed Provide exceptional customer service
- Pursue machine root cause diagnostics for trouble shooting
- Travel up to 100%. Travel includes regional & national
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma/NCVT/NCTVT in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
