Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E/B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in PLC programming, preferably with OEM engineering experience
Expected Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming
- Hands-on experience with OEM equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and install automation systems
- Good communication skills in English and local language
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for products such as vision systems, laser marking, sensors, and microscopes
- Conduct field visits for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and customer support
- Attend office calls when no field requests are scheduled
- Standby at home on weekends if no customer requests
- Handle emergency technical support, including late-night assistance (eligible for comp-off)
