Capture and understand customer technical and product requirements, particularly regarding battery functionality and usage in terminal and host devices, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Assist in administering technical and functional aspects of proposals to customers.
Troubleshoot system applications based on customer requests and resolve engineering issues related to hardware and application systems.
Build strong working relationships with customers technical staff.
Prepare records, data, and documents for product presentations; support the sales team in organizing demonstrations and training sessions.
