Role Description

Executive Recovery

Having experience in Secure Business.

Should be based out of Indore.

Handling a pool of secured borrowers for the region.

Visiting the borrower at their works or Residence.

Facilitating settlement negotiations.

Reporting and MIS

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Analytical Skills to assess repayment plans and borrower behavior
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in an on-site and field-oriented role
• Previous experience in a debt collection or financial services role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
