Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Collection Officer located in Ranchi. The role involves engaging with customers for the collection and recovery of outstanding debts, negotiating payment solutions, and maintaining records of interactions. The Field Collection Officer will also analyze customer payment behavior, build rapport with clients, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory norms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Debt Collection processes and practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing repayment capacity and improving collection strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships
- Basic knowledge of Finance to understand repayment structures and financial products
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in local languages and local area knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
