Role: Global FAE Head

About the Role
As a Global FAE Head, scale LTSCT's global FAE team to drive technical integration, design wins, and customer enablement across all industries. This role ensures seamless adoption of LTSCT's semiconductor solutions, bridging customer needs with internal R&D.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a global FAE strategy, aligning with business objectives.
- Build a high-performing FAE organization across regions (India, North America, Europe, Japan).
- Establish standard processes and frameworks for technical support, design-in, and onboarding.
Customer & Technical Engagement
- Serve as the technical face of LTSCT for strategic global accounts.
- Lead product demonstrations, application reviews, and design integration sessions.
- Ensure rapid resolution of technical issues and guide complex escalations.
Collaboration & Market Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to influence roadmaps and product features.
- Gather insights on market trends, technical specifications, and competitive analysis.
- Support both pre-sales (PoCs) and post-sales technical engagement efforts.
Technical Enablement
- Develop comprehensive training programs for customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Author technical collateral: application notes, example designs, reference systems.
- Represent LTSCT at key industry events, webinars, and tech conferences.
Operational Excellence
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., design win rate, technical support turnaround, satisfaction scores).
- Implement robust case-management systems and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Provide quarterly reports and input into strategic planning cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar.
- 1518+ years in semiconductor application engineering, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven experience with industrial, automotive, or IoT semiconductor solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in system-level design, embedded systems, and application integration.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and international travel readiness.
