Purpose of this Position
- Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA).
- Provide technical consulting and problem solving.
- Support PoC, FAT and product testing
- Provide technical training and on-site seminars to customers
- Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA
To answer request for proposal
To resolve customer's applications via technical expertise.
To obtain customer satisfaction.
- Project support in Pre-sales stage
Tender Document study and analysis.
To propose suitable solutions, execute POC (Proof of Concept) and FAT (Factory acceptance test) for Moxa's channels and end customers
Support pre-sales activities such as seminars, customer visit, exhibition, to present product features and value proposition.
- To provide Internal/External technical training to either Moxa colleagues or customer
- To handle additional assignments or projects on demand which is required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives
Minimum Job Requirements
- Fluent in English language
- College degree in Engineering or related degree
- At least 3 years experience of working experience for network product.
- Familiar with network technologies such as VLAN, RSTP, IGMP, NAT, VPN and Routing Function.
- CCNA, CCNP, or above is preferred.
