We are seeking a skilled Finance and Accountant professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to support our financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit processes and liaise with auditors when required.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of taxation laws and compliance in India is a plus.
