Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an FG and Dispatch Officer. The FG and Dispatch Officer will manage finished goods inventory, oversee and record dispatch activities, ensure the accurate preparation of shipping documents, and coordinate with transportation and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management and dispatch operations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination abilities with logistics and transportation teams
• Knowledge of compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and basic computer skills
• Experience in a related field, particularly in the healthcare or manufacturing industry, would be an advantage
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
