• Strengthen and grow ICF as a cultural entertainment brand.
• Create scalable event formats for malls, schools, government programs, and international partners.
• Identify new ideas for revenue and brand expansion.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Build and manage partnerships with corporates, malls, schools, cultural groups, and government bodies.
• Create sponsorship proposals, lead pitches, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships for repeat and long-term partnerships.

Networking & Business Development

• Expand ICF into new cities and markets through partnerships and tie-ups.
• Represent ICF at cultural, entertainment, and business events.
• Build alliances with NGOs, international bodies, and embassies.

Strategy & Stakeholder Management

• Work with leadership on business models, growth plans, and partnership roadmaps.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support communication teams with presentations, partner content, and brand alignment
