As a telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our trading, insurance, mutual funds, SIP, and career counseling services for college students. No sales targets involved - your primary focus will be on marketing and after-sales support. We will provide training to ensure your success in the role, and you will have the opportunity to work with leads provided by us.

A: Staff members are expected to have a daily two-hour call duration target related to office work.

Q: Do I need to collect a mobile/SIM card from Aluva
A: Yes, you will be required to come to Aluva to collect the mobile/SIM card. We will reimburse the recharge amount along with your salary. The SIM card can be destroyed once you stop working with us.
Q: What are the working hours
A: Staff members should be available to attend our clients incoming calls from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday.
