Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and C2H positions.
• Source suitable and quality candidates from target companies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), network, and references.
• Focus on niche IT skills such as SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and others.
• Coordinate recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends.
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling.
• Participate in interview rounds including online test, L1 virtual interview, and L2 virtual interview.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely status updates.
• Support a permanent work-from-home environment with self-managed productivity.
