We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Female Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a lifeguarding role, ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool patrons. Responsibilities include monitoring pool activities, enforcing rules, and providing assistance in emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers and patrons.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid when necessary.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and respond to inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions and drills to maintain lifeguard certifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
- Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues in water.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
