Job Description

The Back Office Executive will manage and maintain company data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting smooth administrative operations within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and update company data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal teams.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates only.
  • B.Sc in Chemistry.
