Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives / Field Sales Managers to expand eResto's presence across Himachal Pradesh, Mumbai, and Jaipur by meeting restaurant and hotel owners, understanding their challenges, and closing on-ground sales for products like Digital Menu, Direct Sales Link, Loyalty Solutions, and eResto Edge.

This role suits professionals who enjoy face-to-face selling and B2B relationship building.

Location: Jaipur, Mumbai, J&K, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, cafs, and hotels in assigned territories
• Pitch eResto's solutions and conduct product demos
• Identify customer pain points and recommend the right product
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain follow-ups, visit reports, and lead status in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners

Requirements

• 6 months to 3+ years of field sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, POS, SaaS, or FMCG sales is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with daily field visits and target-based work
• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
• Two-wheeler preferred
