Requirements
- Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures
- Support overall governance functions across Farmers managed Cloud environments
- Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance
- Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also creating and maintaining DR documentation
- Working alongside internal testers, auditors and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance
- Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit or compliance experience
- General understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Data Visualization and Power App experience a plus
